The Voorhees studio for your group

Our Voorhees studio hosts private events for up to 32 guests, in Voorhees Town Center — the former Echelon Mall. Your group works around the studio's workshop tables under our mosaic chandelier, with Turkish tea on the house.

Free parking in the Town Center lot makes it easy for guests coming from Cherry Hill, Marlton, Haddonfield and Berlin. The studio is wheelchair accessible; use its outside entrance — there's no way in from inside the mall.

Private events FAQ

How many people can the Voorhees studio host for a private event?

For a private mosaic lamp workshop, up to 32 guests — up to 35 when no other workshop is running at the same time. Water marbling private events take up to 8 guests. For ceramic painting or Turkish coffee, ask us when you send your request.

What is the minimum spend for a private event in Voorhees?

Mosaic lamp workshop: $600 on weekdays and $800 at weekends. Water marbling: $400. For ceramic painting or Turkish coffee, ask us for a quote.

Can we bring alcohol to a private event at the Voorhees studio?

Yes. For private events at the Voorhees studio you're welcome to bring wine, beer or other drinks, as well as food, a cake and decorations. For public sessions, please check with us before you bring alcohol.

Can I book a private event?

Yes. Everyone at the table can choose a different project and work on it side by side in the same session. Book one seat per maker.

Can a gift card pay for a private event?

Yes, a Mosaic Art Studio gift card can be used towards a private event or group booking.

How far ahead should we book?

As early as you can, especially for weekends. Send your preferred date and a back-up date, and we'll confirm what's available.

What if we need to cancel or change the date?

Private events can have their own cancellation terms, which we confirm with your quote. For public sessions, see the cancellation policy on the studio page.
