OUR STUDIO

Welcome to our Voorhees studio

Our Voorhees studio is one of our permanent, brick-and-mortar studios, in Voorhees Town Center — the former Echelon Mall. It's home to mosaic lamps, water marbling, ceramic painting and Turkish coffee, plus seasonal hand-building workshops in the fall and winter.

No experience needed and nothing to bring: every seat comes with materials and step-by-step guidance from our instructors, and your mosaic lamp goes home with you the same day.

Is there parking at the Voorhees studio?

Yes. Parking is free in the Voorhees Town Center lot. Park in front of Town Hall or the mall for the shortest walk.

How do I find the entrance to the Voorhees studio?

Yes, the Voorhees studio is wheelchair accessible.

Are there evening sessions at the Voorhees studio?

Yes. We run public evening sessions at Voorhees, mostly on weekdays; weekends are mostly morning and afternoon sessions. The calendar on this page shows every open time.

How many people can the Voorhees studio host for a private event?

For a private mosaic lamp workshop, up to 32 guests — up to 35 when no other workshop is running at the same time. Water marbling private events take up to 8 guests. For ceramic painting or Turkish coffee, ask us when you send your request.

What is the minimum spend for a private event in Voorhees?

Mosaic lamp workshop: $600 on weekdays and $800 at weekends. Water marbling: $400. For ceramic painting or Turkish coffee, ask us for a quote.

Can we bring alcohol to a private event at the Voorhees studio?

Yes. For private events at the Voorhees studio you're welcome to bring wine, beer or other drinks, as well as food, a cake and decorations. For public sessions, please check with us before you bring alcohol.

How much does a workshop cost?

Workshops start at $39 per person. The price depends on the workshop and the project you choose; each workshop's page lists every option.

Do I need any art experience?

No. Every workshop is beginner-friendly: an instructor guides you step by step, and all materials and tools are included.

How long does a workshop take?

1.5 to 3 hours, depending on the group size and the artwork you choose. The calendar shows each session's start and end time.

Can I bring food or drinks?

Snacks are welcome, and we serve Turkish tea and Turkish delight. Many of our studios allow you to bring wine or beer, but it depends on the venue, so please check with the Voorhees studio before you bring alcohol: call +1 (888) 899-7339 or email hello@mosaicartstudio.us. More on drinks at our studios.

Do I take my mosaic lamp home the same day?

Yes. Your mosaic lamp leaves with you at the end of the session, with a take-home grouting kit. You grout it at home the next day, which takes about 20 minutes.

Can I book a private event?

Yes. A private session is booked for your group only, with its own instructor. Groups usually start at 6–10 people and a minimum spend applies (it depends on the workshop and the day) — send us your date and headcount and we'll reply within 24–48 hours with a quote.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes. Mosaic Art Studio gift cards work for any workshop at any of our studios, they don't expire, and the recipient picks the workshop and the date.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancel at least 7 days before your session for a full refund. Between 7 and 5 days before, up to 50% may be kept as an administrative fee; within 5 days the booking is non-refundable. You can reschedule at no charge up to 48 hours before; after that a $25 per person fee applies.
