How many people can the Voorhees studio host for a private event?

For a private mosaic lamp workshop, up to 32 guests — up to 35 when no other workshop is running at the same time. Water marbling private events take up to 8 guests. For ceramic painting or Turkish coffee, ask us when you send your request.

What is the minimum spend for a private event in Voorhees?

Mosaic lamp workshop: $600 on weekdays and $800 at weekends. Water marbling: $400. For ceramic painting or Turkish coffee, ask us for a quote.

Can we bring alcohol to a private event at the Voorhees studio?

Yes. For private events at the Voorhees studio you're welcome to bring wine, beer or other drinks, as well as food, a cake and decorations. For public sessions, please check with us before you bring alcohol.

Can we bring wine or snacks?

Snacks are welcome, and we serve Turkish tea and Turkish delight. Many of our studios allow you to bring wine or beer, but it depends on the venue, so please check with the Voorhees studio before you bring alcohol: call +1 (888) 899-7339 or email hello@mosaicartstudio.us. Can you host a birthday, bridal shower or bachelorette?

Yes. A private session is booked for your group only, with its own instructor. Groups usually start at 6–10 people and a minimum spend applies (it depends on the workshop and the day) — send us your date and headcount and we'll reply within 24–48 hours with a quote.

Can we bring a cake and decorations?

Yes, for private events — you're welcome to bring a cake, decorations and refreshments. Birthday parties at our studios.

Can our group sit together?

Public sessions are shared with other guests. To sit together as a group, email us at hello@mosaicartstudio.us before your session — or book a private session for your group alone.

Can everyone make something different?

Yes. Everyone at the table can choose a different project and work on it side by side in the same session. Book one seat per maker.

How far ahead should we book?

As early as you can: every session has a fixed number of seats, and the calendar on this page shows how many are left.
